HRES Residents are required to pay rent electronically each month by the 1st. Residents pay water, sewer, gas, and electric at this location. 

Small pets permitted. with approval. Home Real Estate Solutions does not believe in a monthly rent charge for resident's furry friends. We do however have a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $200/per pet due at lease signing. 

All HRES properties are non-smoking. Residents or their guests found to be smoking inside a HRES managed property will be charged a $1000 clean and paint fee are are subject to eviction.

Applications are processed online. A link will be sent to pre-qualified applicants who have first toured the property with a member of our leasing team.

Applications fees are $100 per adult 18+. All adults living in the property 18-years of age or over must apply.

Applications include background, credit, rental history, references, and employment verifications.

HRES prefers a 24-month lease. A minimum 12-month lease is required.

Rent must be paid via bank transfer thus meaning residents must have a checking account and capability to pay rent online each month by the 1st.

The first month's rent, a full month's security deposit, and pet fees are due upon lease signing.
